1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of PT Ventera Intellix Group ('Ventera AI'), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Ventera AI provides artificial intelligence integration services, custom software development, workflow automation, and SaaS products. Service specifications are described in a separate agreement between Ventera AI and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of PT Ventera Intellix Group or its licensors. For custom software that is developed, ownership is determined in the respective project agreement.
4. User Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate information; not use the services for illegal activities; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; keep your account credentials confidential; and comply with all applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ventera AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant services in the last 12 months.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of confidential information shared during the business relationship. This obligation continues for 3 years after the end of the service agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to arbitration in Jakarta under the rules of BANI (Indonesian National Board of Arbitration), with Indonesian law as the governing law.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be given 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
