Free tools, no sign-up needed

All the tools on this page run directly in your browser and can be used without creating an account. There are no usage limits, and your calculation results are not stored on our servers.

We built these tools because the same questions kept coming up while we were supporting businesses: what ROAS is still profitable, what's the minimum selling price that keeps margins healthy, and what's the net salary after deductions.

Calculating ROAS before increasing your ad budget

A ROAS that looks good on the dashboard isn't necessarily profitable once you subtract the cost of goods, marketplace admin fees, and shipping costs borne by the seller. Many stores only realize this after several months.

The ROAS calculator helps you find the break-even point: the minimum ROAS at which ads don't lose money at your current margin. For Shopee, a separate calculator already factors in the platform's fee structure.

Setting selling prices without eroding your margin

The most common mistake when setting prices is calculating the margin from the cost price alone, then forgetting to include marketplace admin fees, promo discounts, shipping costs, and packaging costs.

The selling price calculator works backward from the margin you want, so the resulting price already accounts for all of those deductions. For Shopee sellers, the Shopee calculator works out platform fees separately.

For day-to-day admin work

Besides the calculators, there are generators that cut down repetitive admin work: an invoice generator for issuing neat invoices without a manual template, a WA link generator for creating WhatsApp links with a pre-filled message, and a PDF extractor for pulling specific pages out of a document.

There are also informational checkers: a trademark check for looking up a trademark's registration status, and a Shopee Mall checker for estimating whether a store is ready to move up in status.

The salary calculator works out take-home pay after BPJS (social security) and PPh 21 (employee income tax) deductions, which is useful when drafting a job offer or checking a payslip.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes, everything is free, with no usage limits. There's no paid version of the tools on this page.
Is the data I enter stored?
No. Calculations run in your browser and the numbers are not sent to our servers.
What counts as a healthy ROAS?
There's no single number, because it depends on your margin. A store with thin margins needs a much higher ROAS than a store with large margins. The ROAS calculator works out the break-even point from your own business numbers.
Can the results be used for official reports?
These tools are for quick calculations and estimates. For official tax or financial reports, the results should be double-checked against your books and the applicable regulations.
