Why is the selling price on Shopee different from Tokopedia?

Each marketplace has a different fee structure. Shopee Era 3 (2026) charges an admin fee of 5% to 10% depending on the category, while Tokopedia charges a 2.5% to 10% commission capped at Rp650,000. TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Toco also have different rates.
