Four ways to use AI for business
AI adoption in companies usually fails not because the technology isn't advanced enough, but because it's unclear who will use it and for what work. The four services on this page separate those needs so the starting point is clear.
AI Training builds the skills of your existing team. AI Hiring applies AI to the recruitment process. AI Worker takes over repetitive work. AI Integration connects AI with the systems and workflows already in place.
Many companies run more than one of these in stages: training the team first, then automating one process, and then connecting it to core systems once the results are proven.
When AI is really worth using
AI delivers results fastest on work that is repetitive, high-volume, text- or document-based, and governed by rules that can be explained. Reading hundreds of CVs, classifying incoming messages, or extracting data from invoices are good examples.
On the other hand, decisions that are rare, highly context-dependent, or carry major risk are best left in human hands, with AI as an initial filter, not the final decision-maker.
If you're not sure which processes fall into the first category, a short audit is usually more useful than jumping straight to choosing tools.
What you need before you start
Three things matter most for success: one process with a clear scope, someone in-house who understands that process, and a measure of success agreed from the outset (for example, handling time dropping from two days to two hours).
What is often assumed to be mandatory but actually isn't: perfectly clean data, a team of data scientists, or new infrastructure. Most implementations run on existing data and systems as they are.
What you do need to prepare is access to the relevant systems and clarity on who has the authority to make decisions while the process is running.
Training your own team or using a service
Training your in-house team gives you long-term independence and makes the most sense for work that recurs constantly and sits close to the company's core expertise.
Using a service is the better fit when the need involves system integration, has a tight deadline, or calls for expertise that won't be used often once the project is done.
In practice, many companies combine the two: the in-house team is trained for day-to-day use, while the technical parts are handled together with an external team.
Frequently asked questions
- Do we need our own IT team to get started?
- Not in most cases. AI Training and AI Worker can run without an in-house technical team. AI Integration does touch your existing systems, so that's where involving your IT team helps speed things up.
- How is AI Worker different from a regular chatbot?
- A chatbot answers questions. AI Worker carries tasks through to completion: reading documents, moving data between systems, preparing summaries, and handing the results to the right person.
- How is AI used in recruitment?
- AI reads and summarizes CVs, matches them against the requirements of the role, then ranks the most relevant candidates. The decision on who gets called in stays with the HR team; AI only cuts the time spent on initial screening.
- Do employees need to learn to code?
- No. AI Training focuses on practical use in everyday work: writing clear instructions, checking results, and recognizing when AI output can't be trusted.
- How long until results show?
- For a single process with a clear scope, the change is usually felt within weeks. What determines this isn't the speed of the technology, but how clearly the process to be improved is defined at the start.
